Hi, and welcome to Cake by Sweetman. We're a family-owned and run Bristol bakery, and always have been. We are proud to hand make and bake each and every one of our cakes – which means we know exactly what's in them and where it came from.

We're known for creating beautiful cakes that taste every bit as good as they look – and we have many five-star reviews to prove it. Just as important is the knowledge that our cakes are made only from the highest quality ingredients. Our eggs are free range, we never use margarine – only pure Irish butter goes into our sponges – and the chocolate we use is the finest Belgian chocolate, both milk and dark.
